  1. RefCount simplifies the task of
  2. getting the reference count for
  3. files stored in the registry.
  4. This can be useful for cleaning
  5. up the system. It can also
  6. display the complete table of
  7. references and optionally delete
  8. those values that point to files
  9. that do not exist. Requires
  10. Win95/NT. Full Delphi 2+ source
